Book delivery in Switzerland takes a few days, for orders within Europe it takes a little longer. For orders outside Switzerland a prepayment is required (I will send the account details to the orderer). The book will be shipped after receipt of the payment.

Orders from the USA will be forwarded to the USA, the books will be shipped from there and you will receive the invoice directly from the American shipper.After the order you will get the book in a few days. For order from the USA or other countries you have to pay before we ship the book and the delivery time will be longer.
